HAUNTED HAPPENINGS

Today during Morning Meeting we talked about Washington, DC. Allie heard that DC is the most haunted place in the world. She knows a story about moving statues at a hotel in DC.

We looked everywhere to find places in North Dighton, Westport and Dartmouth that are hunted. We found 4 things but they are not too exciting. Do you believe in ghosts? Write us back!

  1. I do, too! The old owners of my house came trick or treating on Halloween. They told me that the house is haunted by the grandmother who died in the house. So far, I haven't seen anything yet.

  2. I know of some haunted places in Sandwich. My husband, Pete, had a classmate that lived in a haunted house. I don't think I could do it. I like how you all wrote your names vertically. That is so cool!

  3. My grandmother saw the ghost of an old priest in a rocking chair when she was ten. She woke up in the middle of the night, and there he was, rocking away. Everyone made teased her and told her it was a dream, but when the owners of the house renovated it, they found a secret room behind a hidden panel in that bedroom. After doing research, they found out that the house had at one time been a home for priests! YIKES!
