You’ve been waiting to hear who named all of the butterflies. We won’t keep you waiting any more.
- Alex named Sandy and Sponge Bob.
- Allie named Joe and Bob.
- Dallas named Dunkin and Patrick.
- Victoria named Buttercup and DJ.
- Mrs. Lawless named Barbie and Billy.
We have some sad news to tell you. Dunkin has died! We had a funeral for him. Dallas was very sad that Dunkin passed away.
All the other butterflies survived. We took them outside on Tuesday and let them go. Everybody misses their butterflies, but we are glad that they are very happy outside just flying free. Here is a picture of them flying away. Dallas and Mrs. Lawless were our photographers.
In Social Studies we are studying explorers. I am studying Amelia Earhart and she was born in Kansas. Victoria is studying Ponce de Leon he was born in 1460. Next we are learning about whaling.
